The kids I nanny love going to Starbucks and everyone there (regulars included), know us by name as they tend to rampage through the store before settling in the high chairs. But we are loved, and we get special perks, like little cups of whipped cream with toppings, watered down apple juice, and last week for Michael's two-year old birthday, they brought out a cupcake with a candle on top with all the baristas singing. It was so fun! Lots of Starbucks = good connection with people. Fun times, my grande peppermint hot chocolate friend!
